It's almost like a regular air conditioner. Only better.

Question:

Why haven’t you installed an air conditioner in your home yet?

Answer: It’s too expensive to pay for electricity.

Question:

Why do you use your air conditioner so rarely, even if you already have one?

Answer: It’s too expensive to pay for electricity.

Question:

Have you thought about how much it costs to repair (or replace) household appliances, TVs, computers, and other equipment damaged by heat, humidity, and salt? How much does it cost to wash clothes more frequently because they get spoiled in the closet? What is the price of your own discomfort and health problems caused by the inability to, at the very least, sleep well in a healthy environment?

Answer: No. Why are you asking? What does this have to do with air conditioning?

Explanation:

Even without a high-quality ventilation system, the installation of which is a topic for another article, a good air conditioner can do a lot!
In our climate, an air conditioner can support your health, provide comfort, preserve your belongings, and make your home clean and healthy.
We are convinced that having an air conditioner in your home (in every room) is a reasonable necessity.

How much does it cost?

A simple air conditioner made from the cheapest materials, not always of the best quality, costs between $380 and $400.

A more reliable, high-quality, and durable one costs between $450 and $500.

We offer modern and reliable high-quality air conditioners designed for our climate and specially treated with anti-corrosion protection (with certification) for use in high-humidity and salty air conditions.

Moreover, our air conditioners have one remarkable and unique feature!
They can work not only from the home’s electrical grid but also directly powered by the sun. We connect 3–4 modern, powerful solar panels directly to the air conditioner, and as long as the sun shines, the air conditioner doesn’t consume electricity from the socket.
This allows you to use it all day without interruptions and without fear of huge electricity bills. We sell this unique unit for approximately $650.

Note:

Initially, you can install our air conditioner and use it in the conventional mode, powered from the socket, and then, at any time, install solar panels and start powering the system with solar energy.
This option allows you to spread out the expenses over time.

Let’s do the math:

The difference in cost between a standard-quality air conditioner and one capable of operating on solar power is about $200.
The cost of 3 solar panels, each 700 W, is 118 × 3 = $354.
In total, the price difference between a standard air conditioner and our system is around $550.

Some more figures and calculations:

The energy company, everyone’s favorite CEPM, currently sells electricity at 20 pesos per kWh.
And there’s information that this rate will increase again next year.

Let’s calculate: 550 × 60 / 20 = 1550 kWh.
In other words, the additional amount paid for our system, which consists of an air conditioner and solar panels, will cover 1550 kWh of electricity (at the current CEPM rates).
The average energy consumption of a regular air conditioner is about 700 W.

So: 1550 / 0.7 = 2214.3 hours of operation, which equals 92 days.
In other words, if you use our air conditioner not 24/7 but only during the day when the sun is out (about 12 hours a day), the cost difference between a regular air conditioner and our system will pay for itself within six months.
And over the years of use, the amount you paid for the air conditioner will be recouped many times over.

Important:

A regular air conditioner, financially speaking, doesn’t pay for itself. It cannot save you money.

So how much are your comfort and health worth?
